MB Studios was formed from the documentary experience behind the Mulligan Brothers, the YouTube channel and podcast followed by millions.
For more than a decade, the team has been perfecting the craft of telling deeply personal stories, with intimate access to people, places and moments few filmmakers are ever invited to witness.
They have worked across the world, filming cultures, communities and environments: from remote landscapes and extreme conditions to the everyday spaces where people's lives unfold.
Telling those stories, and building the Mulligan Brothers brand, has given a deep understanding of how human stories need to be shaped to reach online audiences and deeply connect with them.
The co-founders
Founder & Managing Director
Jordan brings years of experience building Mulligan Brothers and an audience of millions around human stories. Through its documentaries and conversations, he has developed a practical understanding of the people, subjects and ideas audiences genuinely respond to.
Head of Production & Creative Director
Theo began his career at the BBC before moving into commercial production and documentary directing, and was creative director for The Beautiful Truth, a hybrid production company and brand communications consultancy.
He has since made films for major brands and organisations, with his documentary work receiving multiple awards and international recognition including a Cannes Dolphin and several BAFTA, BIFA and Academy Award qualifying festival wins.
