ZOE
The Gut Challenge
The challenge was not getting people to hear about ZOE. It was helping them see what the programme could change in an ordinary person’s life.
The science was credible and the reach was already there — the world’s largest nutrition study, a podcast with more than fourteen million downloads. What was missing was a way to picture it.

We followed three people through six weeks of the programme.
Sarah, Rob and Lucy, guided by Professor Tim Spector and ZOE’s nutrition scientists. Health metrics measured before and after, cameras on the actual work — the setbacks and the compromises included. ZOE committed to publishing the results whatever they turned out to be.

Three people, six weeks, and results nobody had agreed in advance.
